Director in Charge of Education Programs

Mrs. NDAMO MARIA is a graduate from the University of Yaounde I with a degree in Anthropological sciences..

She has had over 20 extensive years of teaching experience in primary schools within Cameroon and has worked as representative on behalf of an NGO called VIWO (Village Women Organisation) during which she had the task of meeting women in villages in and around the North West Region - for the purpose of running training schemes on notions like cooperative sales technics as well as savings and loan schemes technics.

She is a committed member of the Christian Women Fellowship (CWF) of the Presbyterian Church in Cameroon wherein she has served as president since 2008. During this time, she has successfully led the women not only in matters of achieving a spiritual balance but also in societal reforms such as conceiving and executing projects such as soap and body lotions, cookery and craft work to improve on their wellbeing as individuals

Working with P4U is another opportunity for her to work in the direction of developing another group of people – the youths. She finds it exciting chipping in her support to lead these under privileged youths from the dungeon of despair to a pinnacle of light.

She is married and a mother of three children. She loves singing, travelling and dancing.

Nicoline Neh Ngwa

Program Coordinator

Nicoline has a long and demonstrated commitment to community development. Born and raised in the Northwest Province of Cameroon, Nicoline has more than ten years of experience working with communities at the grassroots level, including public, private, and NGO sectors. She worked for 7 years with Plan Cameroon (NGO) as Community Field Coordinator for two regions. At Pinnacle she engages frequently with orphanages, deprived children and handicapped centers in the community, advocating for poverty eradication, sensitization on child rights and promotion of literacy through education. She works on issues of culture, women and gender, as well as youth and development. She has facilitated the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of both strategic and action plans for several Organizations. She is passionate about community development and youth empowerment. She has also consulted on numerous community development projects financed by both local and international government agencies as well as NGOs, with projects ranging in focus from microfinance and small business development to human rights, health, education, and quality of life for widows and orphans. Nicoline is married with three sons and two daughters.

Che Festus

Adminstrative Assistant

CHE FESTUS hails from the North West Region of Cameroon and is a holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Plant Biology and currently effectuating a Professional master’s degree dissertation on the dynamics of shifting cultivation 8nder land pressure at the University of Yaounde I.

Che has assisted in many environmental and social impact assessment and house hold survey projects with NENFOR/PECON Cooperation, Council Development Plan with PNDP North west under Solid Foundation International in Bali Kumbat subdivision..

He is an expert in public audience and socio cultural animations as he has served as President, public relation officer and social secretary of the Nkwen student Association both at regional and the national level.

He is duty conscious, hospitable, outspoken, adaptable to social and cultural festivities and has a high affinity for the culture of western Cameroon.

He has been serving as administrative Assistant for P4U since 2013.


Public Relations Officer

Mr. CHECK MBONI TAMUFOR holds a Master's Degree at Catholic University of Central Africa in Human Rights and Humanitarian Actions. He specializes in Humanitarian Actions and strategic planning and has worked for nonprofit organizations that focus on social justice and human development for the last three years.

He speaks both English and French and has worked for international organizations in Uganda and Cameroon. TAMUFOR is an active member in P4U and has always been there from the conception stage up to this moment and is one of the persons who have sacrificed in many ways to keep P4U alive.

His evaluation of The Management of the Cholera Epidemic Crisis in Cameroon with the Case Study of Douala was published in 2015 by Press of the Catholic University of Central Africa.

Today, TAMUFOR resides in Yaounde, Cameroon. He works as Humanitarian Coordinator for Bethel City of Change - Yaounde. He is the current Public Relations Officer of the Board of Directors for Pinnacle for the Underprivileged (P4U).

Tanwie Hanson

Director in charge of Finance and Stock Accounting

Hanson holds a Bachelor’s of Sciences in Economics from the University of Buea. Before joining P4U as a director in charge of Finance and Stock Accounting, Hanson worked with Nexttel Cameroon as a freelance business operator. He also wrote an undergraduate dissertation tilted “An Economic Assessment of Child Labor in Cameroon” (July 2012). Hanson loves entrepreneurship, media production (photography), and meeting people from different walks of life, traveling, sports and trying out different recipes.
